Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable, unless the item is determined to be defective or faulty due to a factory issue.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Items

• If your watch arrives with a manufacturer defect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn or unused.
• The item must be in unworn condition, with all original packaging, documentation, tags, and accessories included.

Custom Engraved Items

• Custom engraved items are non-returnable under any circumstance.
  Please understand that once engraved, the item is personalized and cannot be resold or gifted to another individual, resulting in the loss of its original sale value.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.

Returns without an approved RMA will not be processed. Upon inspection, if a factory defect is confirmed, a full refund via PayPal or a replacement will be provided.

Shipping Responsibility

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured courier.
• If the return is due to a confirmed factory defect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label upon request.
